Hi, I’m Mike!

I'm a character and world designer, and honestly, just someone who’s obsessed with bringing ideas to life.

I’ve been lucky enough to work with studios like Marvel and Sony, and to see my art featured in Vice’s i-D Magazine. I’ve also published a few art books and had the chance to speak at Anime NYC and Brooklyn Comic Con; all things I used to dream about when I was starting out.

For me, art has always been more than drawing, it’s a way to express how I see the world. I grew up inspired by stories, characters, and worlds that made me feel something. And over time, I realized that creating my own worlds was how I wanted to share that same feeling with others.

This course is my way of giving back to share what I’ve learned about design, storytelling, and finding your own artistic voice.
